I was born in Bühl in the Black Forest in 1970 and studied business administration in Karlsruhe after graduating from high school. I then moved to Frankfurt am Main, where I now live with my wife and three children.
As a former competitive athlete, I am still connected to organized sports through cooperations.
I have worked as a manager at Deutsche Bank since 1996 and am trained in conflict management, group dynamics and leadership. From 2008 and 2012 I lived in New York and worked for Deutsche Bank on Park Avenue and Wall Street.
Certainly my role as head of a global offshoring program. Thousands of processes had to be documented, trained and transferred to Mumbai, India in a total of 8 metropolitan areas worldwide. I then planned and implemented the restructuring measures together with the local works council representatives.
With Adrian Schweizer in cooperation with Steinbeis University Berlin I have acquired the "Executive Coach" and the "Certified Master in the Art of Neuro-Linguistic Programming" (NLP).
Since 2016 I have been working as a freelance coach and trainer in Germany as well as Europe and the USA. In Frankfurt I train managers in organized sport and am part of the examination board. I work in German and English.
After returning to Germany, I had to reinvent myself. One speaks of reverse culture shock. I came to terms with myself and my ego from that point on. I learned a lot about my own personality, my fellow human beings and discovered my passion for helping others to make their own way.
